This recipe is a succulent take on the American classic. Lemon and white chocolate come together in this easy snack recipe.
- 9 cups Rice Chex™ Cereal
- 11 ounces white chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli)
- 1/iv cup or 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- four teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Pour cereal into a large mixing bowl.
